The Scope:

The Brief:

When COVID-19 saw travellers unable to experience the wonder that is Norfolk Island, COAST took the opportunity to re-establish themselves as a destination of choice and streamline their guest experience in preparation for borders reopening. To achieve this, COAST challenged us to create a website that shares the beauty of their backyard with keen travellers – particularly those across Australia and New Zealand. The overall goal was to significantly increase brand awareness, improve the online user journey and boost bookings in the future.

While our focus remained firmly on delivering a digital-first project, we were always mindful of tying our work to the natural wonders found across Norfolk and the region’s rich cultural heritage.

We also created marketing collateral such as DL flyers and menus. This content was shared across the new website, on socials and in-person at the resort. When combined, the new website, booking system and branded assets created a launch-pad for COAST to re-emerge as borders open.
